Allergen statements

As stated in the European Union Regulation 1169/2011, all establishments and groups that sell or serve food are obliged to report what type of allergen contains each dish, if it contains it. In this way, all consumers will be able to know what they can and cannot eat, without having to have special or different treatment.

For this reason, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, community canteens,… must have well indicated on letters, menus and labels what type of allergen they can find in different dishes.

The percentage of people who suffer some intolerance or allergy is very high, so it is very important that we have all the necessary material to indicate correctly the presence of allergens in meals as well as having a trained and qualified staff to attend to possible consultations on the subject.
